Inspired by Hatch Show Print's vintage letterpress show posters, I submitted this design to a local San Francisco radio station's album cover contest. The winner received a copy of Adobe Creative Suite (which I desperately needed and couldn't afford at the time) and the fame of their artwork on the cover of the album. It was a huge honor to win!
The Dave Matthews Band, Rodrigo & Gabriela, Calexico, Ben Harper, The Shins, Angelique Kidjo, and Richard Thompson are among the artist who donated tracks recorded live at the radio station to the 14th edition of “KFOG Live from the Archives‘‘. Proceeds went to Bay Area food banks.
